This page is maintained by Inner Insight (Lucas Ilcken) to answer common questions about how this website handles your data. It is informational and not a security certification.
What this site does
This is a public marketing site for readings, mentorships and events. The only personal data collected through the site is the email address you provide if you choose to subscribe to the mailing list, plus the messages you send via email.
Data we store
- Mailing list subscribers: email address, preferred language, subscription date, and an unsubscribe token.
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
Where data is stored
Subscriber records are stored in an EU-hosted managed Postgres database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). Access is restricted by row-level security policies; the database is not publicly readable.
Subprocessors
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting and database (EU region).
- Resend — transactional email delivery for subscription notifications.
Authentication & access
The site has no end-user login. Administrative access to the database and email provider is limited to Lucas Ilcken and uses strong, unique credentials.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to and from this site is served over HTTPS (TLS). Connections to the database and email provider are encrypted in transit.
Retention & deletion
Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, the /unsubscribe page on this site, or by emailing the address below. On request, we will permanently delete your record.
Your privacy rights
Under the GDPR/AVG you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue with this site, please email lucasilcken@gmail.com. We will acknowledge reports and respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
Shared responsibility
Hosting, database and email infrastructure are operated by the providers listed above under their own security programs. Content, configuration and day-to-day data handling are the responsibility of Inner Insight.
