• Optional: information you share during a reading or mentorship session, kept strictly confidential.

• To respond to your messages and deliver readings, mentorships and events (performance of a contract).
• To comply with legal obligations such as tax and bookkeeping (legal obligation).
• To keep the website secure and functional (legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, or as required by Dutch law (e.g. tax records: 7 years). Session notes are deleted on request.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by carefully selected providers (email, hosting, payment) acting as processors under a data processing agreement. All processing happens within the EU/EEA where possible.
