Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all services offered by Inner Insight (KVK 94292396), trading as Lucas Ilcken — including private readings, mentorships, public demonstrations and retreats.
1. Services
Mediumistic and psychic readings, mentorship programmes, public demonstrations and retreats, online or in Amsterdam.
2. Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) is received. Prices include applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed via the indicated provider.
3. Cancellation
- Cancellation by you more than 48 hours before the session: full refund or rescheduling.
- Within 48 hours: 50% fee, the remainder may be used for rescheduling within 3 months.
- No-show: full fee due.
- Mentorship programmes: payments for completed sessions are non-refundable; future sessions may be rescheduled in agreement.
4. Nature of the service
Readings and mentorships are offered in good faith for personal insight, reflection and spiritual development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice (see Disclaimer).
5. Client conduct
Sessions take place in a respectful, safe space. The medium reserves the right to end a session without refund in case of abusive behaviour or intoxication.
6. Confidentiality
What is shared in a session stays between you and the medium, except where disclosure is legally required.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, recordings and course materials remain the property of Inner Insight and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Inner Insight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
