Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Mediumistic and psychic readings, mentorship programmes, workshops, public demonstrations and retreats, online or in Amsterdam.

2. Bookings & payment

• A booking is only confirmed once payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received in full.
• Payment is due in advance, at the latest 24 hours before the session, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• If payment is not completed in time, the reserved time slot is released and the booking lapses.
• Unpaid sessions that did take place remain due and payable within 14 days of invoice; after that, statutory interest and collection costs may be charged.
• Prices include applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed via the indicated provider.

3. Cancellation & rescheduling

• Cancelling or rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the session.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the session: the full fee is due and no refund is given.
• No-show (not attending without notice): the full fee is due.
• Cancellation by Lucas Ilcken (illness, force majeure): you choose between a new date or a full refund.
• Workshops, retreats and group events: free cancellation up to 14 days before; within 14 days the fee is non-refundable, but your place may be transferred to another participant.
• Mentorship programmes: completed sessions are non-refundable; future sessions may be rescheduled in agreement.

4. Late arrival

Please be on time. Sessions start and end at the agreed time. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the scheduled time and the missed minutes are not made up or refunded. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show, in which case the full fee is due.

5. Refund policy

• Refunds are given only in the situations described in article 3 (timely cancellation or cancellation by Lucas Ilcken).
• Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
• Because a reading is a personal service delivered in the moment, no refunds are given based on the content of a reading or because messages did not meet your expectations.
• Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, unless the service is performed within that period with your express consent — by booking a date inside 14 days you agree to start the service and waive the withdrawal right once it has been delivered.

6. Nature of the service

Readings and mentorships are offered in good faith for personal insight, reflection and spiritual development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice (see Disclaimer). No specific result or outcome is guaranteed.

7. Client conduct

Sessions take place in a respectful, safe space. The medium reserves the right to end a session without refund in case of abusive behaviour or intoxication. Sessions are only for people aged 18 and over.

8. Recordings

You may not record a session or event without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

What is shared in a session stays between you and the medium, except where disclosure is legally required.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, recordings and course materials remain the property of Inner Insight and may not be reproduced without written consent.

11. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Inner Insight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Complaints

Please send complaints to info@lucasilcken.com within 14 days of the session. We aim to respond within 14 days and to find a fair solution together.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
